1. Agreement Overview By enrolling in a maintenance plan (Silver, Gold, or Platinum) offered by 1st Class Mobile Automotive Detailing LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”), the customer (“you”) agrees to these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all services, scheduling, payments, cancellations, vehicle requirements, and responsibilities under your maintenance plan. 2. Payment Terms Payments for maintenance plans must be made in full at enrollment or via agreed installment options. Prices are subject to change; existing subscribers will be notified 30 days in advance. Late or missed payments may result in suspension or termination of your plan. 3. Scheduling & Appointments Appointments are scheduled based on availability and plan level. You are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is accessible, clean, and free of obstructions. The Company may reschedule services due to inclement weather, emergencies, or operational issues. 4. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to provide notice may result in forfeited services. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may lead to plan termination without refund. 5. Vehicle Condition & Responsibilities Customers must disclose any pre-existing damage, aftermarket modifications, or special coatings. Vehicles posing safety risks or requiring services beyond the plan scope may be refused service. The Company is not responsible for damage caused by: Pre-existing conditions Acts of nature, accidents, or road debris Improper vehicle maintenance outside of plan services 6. Extra Charges Excessive pet hair, sand, mud, or other heavy debris may incur additional fees. Customers will be notified of any extra charges prior to service. These charges are separate from the maintenance plan fee and must be paid before or at the time of service. 7. Limitations of Services Maintenance plans do not cover major repairs, full paint correction, or bodywork unless included. Plans are intended for routine maintenance and minor detailing, not restorative repairs. 8. Termination & Refunds Customers may cancel at any time; completed services are non-refundable. The Company may terminate plans for: Non-payment Misuse or abuse of services Repeated no-shows or cancellations 9. Modifications to Terms The Company may update these Terms at any time. Notifications will be sent via email or phone, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of changes. 10. Liability & Indemnification You agree to hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising outside the Company’s control. Liability is limited to the value of the services provided under the maintenance plan. 11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, with disputes resolved in Glynn County, GA courts. 12. Acknowledgment By enrolling in a maintenance plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
